 REIKI                                                             $35 per hour

 The healing of emotional and spiritual, as well as physical, pain through the transmission of universal life energy.  It is based on teachings and principles of Mikao Usui, dating back to 1840. 

 ALCHEMIA-REIKI                                      $40 per hour

 Reiki, intuitive bodywork, chakra balancing and breathwork for body, mind and spirit which releases energy blocks.

 SPA TREATMENTS

 SALT RUB                                                    $30

 A brisk massage using a sea salt and oil solution or a finer mixture for sensitive skin which cleanses the pores, rejuvenates the skin and stimulates detoxification.  Also known as a Body Polish.  (Please do not shave your legs the day before or the day of the treatment.)

 MICRO-BUFF BODY POLISH                  $30

 This creamy body polish is applied to the body with long, flowing medium pressure strokes to soothe and exfoliate.  Great for dry, peeling skin; renews with one application!  Leaves your skin feeling baby-soft!!

 Benefits:  ideal for sensitive skin, stimulates circulation, lifts away dead skin, accelerates epidermal cell renewal, replenishes moisture, refines and softens skin.

BODYWRAPS                                              $85

 Bodywraps relax and cleanse the body and stimulate detoxification, ease arthritis, lubricate joints, moisturize the skin and eliminate toxins.

 Each of these three mouse-like Biotone Bodywraps contain the nourishing, protecting and softening oils of Jojoba, Avocado, Peach and Sunflower.  They are applied with medium pressure, flowing massage technique.  Followed by a warm, private shower.  Simply luxurious!

 MOIST HEAT PACKS                               $20

Moist heat packs can be used separately or incorporated into massage.  The moist heat helps melt pain from tired, sore muscles.

A 30-minute, slow, gentle massage of the face, neck and scalp to relieve stress and tension.  Great for headache and general relaxation.

Soothing the Soles                           $50

A warm effervescent foot bath including a revitalizing foot scrub.  Followed by a paraffin treatment to warm to the bone, ending with a relaxing foot massage that will leave your whole body refreshed.  Great for those who are on their feet all day!
